The system should be able to automatically cancel any future leave for an employee if they leave before they have taken the leave. Having to go in and decline all future leave request before adding and end date and deactivating the employee is a pain

And the ability to delete leave (approved) for currant employees when their plans change. Currently the only way to work around this is to 'decline' the leave. Its not being declined, its no longer requested.

or even a button we can press to agree to have it all cancelled, in case team members are prone to putting in an end date by accident. One step to confirm all leave cancelled would be better than having to cancel each one.
