Like Part Time employees when they receive additional shift and Tanda supports with attestation for the team member to attest the new shifts. This would be beneficial for Full Time employees whose regular hours change due things like promotional set ups, if in essence the attestation could be built in like PT and the employee will attest via Tanda. Currently our employees are completing a mutual consent form, prior to the shift. This poses issue with OT due to this not being completed in time by the employee.
