We would like to have letter templates for any circumstance where we issue a letter than needs to be kept on file. e.g, end of probation, employment confirmation, termination, consultation etc.
The letter could have Dynamic Fields for name, position, dates etc like the contracts do with the key difference being that the content is a flexible text box that could have paragraphs of free text within and the employee would not need to sign.
