Forms - Text box - Currently Hyperlink opens in same browser tab and over-rides the Tanda form

It would be great if you could change the hyperlink behaviour to open the link in a new tab because the target is usually on another website and the link is a detour from the standard workflow in Tanda (i.e. typically the link is a help page/resource, used as reference, in the middle of a multi-step form)
