Ability to schedule a shift for a fixed fee rather than hourly rate. Also ability for this not to contribute towards scheduled hours. This for things like On Call or Sleep In (support workers). This would also not need to be clocked in /out

Yes I think this would be a good idea. We have some shifts where some of our workers are paid for at a day rate
