We have staff continuously clocking back in without 30 minutes continuous unpaid break. This can lead to compliance issues in the future and hopefully it is a simple thing to implement to help us be compliant. This feature is used by many other businesses covered under FFIA due to compliance issues in the past prior to the "10 minute break" compliance issues

Breaks clocked via the timeclock and mobile app can now have their breaks block clockins where the full duration has not been reached. Configured in https://my.tanda.co/settings/breaks.

Thirty Minute Break Compliance

FFIA requires a 30 minute break must be be 30 minutes never less. Need to enforce cannot clock back on from break until full 30 minutes have passed (not at 29 minutes).
Same process for a 10 minute paid drink break, timeclock is accepting 9 minute drink breaks.
Please can the Tanda timeclock assist more with break compliance.

We too have this issue and tried to use the break rules as outlined below. This then locked staff out from being able to log back in at all? We then had to manually adjust everyone's time sheets for the payroll period. Perhaps this rule must be implemented at the beginning of a payroll cycle before anyone has clocked in?

Hi Todd, Thanks for leaving this feedback. Tanda does have functionality for enforcing the minimum break time to be met - however, this will need to be set by an account admin.

Harrison Porter: Is there a timeline on when this will work for mobile/remote clocks?
Harrison Porter
Sean Wein: Nothing planned for development at this time - but will take the feedback on board that this would be valuable for your business.
