Scenario: Jane calls me in the morning, she's sick and can't work her evening shift. I create a vacant shift and publish it so my team can claim it. But.... they don't know about it, so they can't claim it. Then I start sending out sad, desperate messages one by one to my team, begging them to to check their ap and claim it. So time consuming, the shift doesn't get covered in time, I have to work it :(

Solution: Enable SMS messaging when publishing a vacant shift, so staff can know about the shift instantly and I can do something else!

I used this feature in Deputy all the time, and miss it soooooo much. Would need to work seamlessly on both desktop and ap. Please, please could you enable SMS notifications when publishing one-off vacant shifts.
