When admins add or edit shifts using the mobile app, staff can see the new or updated shift but cannot accept or acknowledge it.

Currently, the Shift Acknowledgement option only works for shifts published via the desktop version, not for those created or edited directly through the mobile app.

Benefit:

Allowing Shift Acknowledgement for shifts added through the mobile app would improve accountability and ensure communication consistency between managers and staff.

This is especially useful for healthcare and field operations where managers rely on mobile access rather than desktops to adjust or assign shifts quickly.
