Liam: Hi Liam it would be great to upload a good photo of staff members against their own profile (the time clock is not always so clear) particularly as many of the staff we have - have the same christian and surname due to cultural customs - it would help with identification if Managers had the option to upload staff photo to the respective staff profile perhaps something like the attached example might help?? Is this feature likely to be introduced in the future? If so when could we expect it?

Maria: Hey Maria, we agree that the timeclock images aren't great sometimes, so I completely understand why you'd like this feature.

We currently don't have this planned, but would like to consider it in the future.

Would you only allow managers the permission to upload images, or do you think employees should be able to upload their own images too?

Liam: That's a good question, not knowing how the mechanics of allowing staff the option to upload their own photo would be, I believe in the first instance (and for ease of implementation) a manager should be able to upload the staff photo to the system. Perhaps give the manager the option to turn this feature on or off for staff as needed (just thinking out aloud).

Maria: My guess right now is that we would allow manager and employee to upload images, but the manager will have the ability to go into the employee's Tanda profile and remove or change the image if needed. What do you think of this?

Liam: I think this is a good idea. I guess it’s about how soon this could be implemented
