I realise this is marked complete, however it would be great if the emergency contact information collected during onboarding was on the employee profile rather than onboarding tab. Payroll systems have this information in the personal details screen. Also an ambulance membership field in the same area would be great.

Emergency Contract is now a field in employee onboarding, emergency contact fields can also be added to employee profiles as custom fields.

Phil Johnson: Hi Phil, we have Emergency contact as an onboarding question which is fine everyone completes it, however, team managers cannot see onboarding information so they do not have the access to emergency contacts which is not ideal. I have also created another field, but the field has to be manually updated by me (Admin) which is very time consuming with 100 staff plus a high turnover. Can you make the Emergency contact from onboarding for Team managers to view? Or make the additional field a compulsory field for the employee to complete?

For an OH&S perspective, it would be ideal to have the emergency contact details for an employee on their 'personal tab', so different managers in the hierarchy can see this (not just admins), especially important if an accident happened as not everyone can access these details.

It would also help for email contact change be accessible for employers without having to get the employee to change it themselves.
