Hey everyone just letting you know that this is now live in the Tanda app.
To view Timesheets, go to the Me tab in the app and tap Timesheets.
What you can do with timesheets:
- See when you clocked in/out/breaks
- See when you missed a clock in/out
- See your total hours for that week

Hi guys, here are some concept designs for timesheets in the mobile app. I would love to hear your feedback!
In these designs, employees can view their timesheets by pay period, and tap on a shift for more information. They can also add a note to their shift for managers to view when approving timesheets.
Employees can fix missed clockins and clockouts, and add allowances. This will be an optional setting Blythe Rotem

Brooke Royston: I like all these layouts, however, I do not want employees to be able to view their anticipated shift costs - i don't think this is necessary for them to know and I think potentially it could open up a can of worms if 'anticipated shift costs' don't match their payslip. In that event, you will have payroll admins having to explain to staff that shift costs shown in Tanda include xyz or exclude this that and the other, and this is different to the payroll function because of xyz.
It adds a level of information that is not necessary.
Re your comment about being able to fix clock ins/ out, this needs to be kept at requiring managerial approval. I think the suggestion that they can update a clock in / out through the APP is extremely valid (rather than having to do it through a browser) but the adjusted / amended time definitely needs to remain as being manager approved.

Ella Perry: It is a setting for Admins to turn on "Employees can edit Timesheets" Im sure they will keep that a setting and not force it to be on in the app.

Further to the merged posts below - I definitely DO NOT want my staff to be able to modify or amend their timesheets. If they wanted to send through corrections to times, this would need to be approved by a manager and/or there should be a way to see the original time alongside the corrected time.

If an app (or inclusion om an app) to modify/create time sheets directly to make it simpler for non tech savvy staff. We only use the time sheets, and the bulk of my staff struggle with finding and editing time sheets. on their phones/devices

Absolutely - my staff want to keep a record of their timesheets for their personal records. Good point about Centrelink though, Ella.
