This has been addressed. Managers wont be able to approve their own leave and would need approval from admin.

Neil Garcia: Hi Neil, I don't think so this is done. General Managers still can approve their own leave!!

Split check box of approving time sheets & own leave

I have dept heads who approve time sheets for me which is great & saves me plenty of time however I need to be able to authorise their holidays so I can plan duty manager rotas etc. At the moment, the check box allows either approval of time sheets and their own holidays or neither. Can this be split please?

Don't automatically approve manager leave

Hi there at the moment my managers put their leave in and as they are managers it gets automatically approved. But as their manager i want to approve my managers leave - and be informed. Also we roster tightly to daily sales targets and labour % and when a manager goes on leave it still shows in the daily costings - this shouldnt be there at it adds to the daily labour % - therefore you cant see what the true labour % is (without the leave cost) which you have to pay anyway - my staff use it as an excuse why labour % is high for the day - and there is no way of know unless i manually calculate and remove the managers leave cost for the day

Yes, totally agree. We've had to make changes to our Managers so they can't complete certain functions to facilitate them not being able to do this. Especially because when it was approving their leave it wouldn't even notify payroll or Ops of the leave being processed.

Yes we very strongly agree with this also. I know no business who allows managers to approve their own leave, but tanda allows this. There should be ability to allow a heirarchy for this as in real business
