At the moment bank holidays are marked by very small nearly invisible green icon next to the date.

It would be quiet helpful if all the background areas on weekly rota view for would be highlighted in different colour on bank holidays days.

This would be quite helpful to remember and quickly see who was working on bank holiday and need to get additional day off for this and who was off on bank holiday and need to get pay for this.
