It would be really helpful to be able to generate a report from the deactivated staff list that showed name, start date, teams they worked in and deactivation date. This information is not easily extracted and is a labour intensive process to analyse.

Terminate Staff Report

It would be good to have a report

that lists terminated staff in a given period. Importing the termination date into MYOB would not work as when the date is entered MYOB deletes all entitlements. These may not have yet been paid out at time of import.

Searching for multiple deactivated staff

Currently, it's quite time-consuming to locate deactivated staff members because the system routes us back to the Staff view, where only active employees can be searched.
This limitation poses a challenge when we need to access historical attendance records for multiple deactivated employees at a time or address any lingering concerns related to deactivated employees.
It would be really helpful if the system stays in the deactivated section after reactivating a user to look for another one instead of sending you back to the active view.

It would be great to be able to download a CSV of all deactivated staff the same way we can with active staff. Then we can access, manipulate and utilise data for all our reporting purposes.

Report on inactive employees

Would be great to be able to get a quick shot report of inactive employees who haven't been rostered/clocked in for an extended period i.e. 3 months.

Hi everyone,
We have recently released a new 'User Report' (Time & Attendance > Reports > User Report).  On this report, you can choose to filter 'inactive' employees and choose the data in the 'Columns to display' drop down which are meaningful for you.

having the access to generate employee full data - active + Not active helps in easy analysis instead of looking at multiple functions or data points to get this base level information. Hope this feature can be included for future analysis
