Employees should be able to access the Compliance Document Library function so we can store all our policies and procedures for them to view anytime instead of having to be assigned a policy as a document and then sign each policy. It would be better for customers to have the option as to how they use the functions within the software to suit our needs. Currently this function is only available to managers and not employees but it should be customisable to suit business needs.
