Hi everyone, this should be possible through a number of avenues:
- The comments box Brook mentioned below
- Through our events and public holidays functionality. This allows you to add 'events' for a single or multiple days that displays on the employees mobile app - see below
- Through custom fields. Hey Amy, we have this available in the product already! In the top right-hand corner of the roster page you will see a comment button next to the publish button. When you click that you can add a message to the roster, which can be seen by everyone or specific people, before you publish.

This would be great especially if the responsible person (leading hand) comment could be added to the shift the person is on. We have multiple jobs in the day with several staff on each job and if this could be shown on the roster it would make all the staff aware of who is in charge for the day. it would also make it easier to identify the person in charge to pay the leading hand allowance to when doing the payroll (as the roster and payroll are done by different staff).

this would also work for the OSHC sector in a comments box i could add the numbers of children on that day.
