Chat notification feedback required.

Our company is looking to move away from WhatsApp and start using Tanda Chat however what I am noticing whilst testing is that the mobile app (Android & iOS) more often than not does not generate a system notification to alert users that a message has been received. Even the orange dot that appears over the Comms button in the app does not always trigger to show there are unread chat messages. I have reached out to Tanda and all settings on the platform/app/device are all set correctly so notifications should work. I suggested to Tanda support that I could post a query on here to help gather feedback from other organisations as Tanda are unaware of these issues and it would definitely be helpful to know if this is a bigger problem they need made aware of.

Same issues here, I personally receive no notifications for chat at all (I’ve had Tanda look through and try fix this too) and some staff get sporadic notifications, never consistent

Same issues here, no consistency in who/when/why notifications come through. We have limited chat for that reason unfortunately
