Ability to send bulk reminders to applicants who have been moved to the Interview stage but have not yet booked an interview after a defined period of time, rather than requiring the recruitment team to send the interview booking link to each applicant individually.

We have a consistently open Distribution Centre job ad and are looking to hire approximately 50–100 new team members each month. We can have 40–50 applicants booking interviews each week, making the current process of individually following up with applicants very time-consuming.

Ideally, the functionality would allow us to:

Identify applicants who have been in the Interview stage for a set period without booking.

Select multiple applicants.

Send a bulk reminder with the interview booking link.

Potentially set an automated reminder after a nominated period (e.g. 24–48 hours).

This would significantly reduce administration time and improve the applicant follow-up process.
