Currently, when a training course expires (e.g. an annual compliance course), it needs to be manually re-assigned to each employee who requires it. This is time-consuming and relies on someone remembering to check and manually reassign the course before or after it lapses.

We'd like the ability to set training courses to automatically re-assign (recomplete) on a set schedule, such as annually, so staff are automatically issued the course again once their previous completion expires, without admin intervention.

This would save significant admin time for organisations like ours that require multiple courses to be completed annually, and would reduce the risk of staff falling out of compliance simply because a course wasn't manually reassigned in time.
