Automatic notification for staff with expired qualification

Hi everyone - we've made an improvement to this feature. You can now select what permission level these reminders go to. Currently it defaults to Team Managers, but you can change that to include General Managers or even Admin. This will help ensure no employee works with an expired qualification.
Head to General Settings > Permissions > Manager Permissions

Hey Marni thanks for your post here, this is a great suggestion.
We are planning to add an email notification directly to staff when their qualification has 1 month to expire.

Renee: Hi Renee if you can also notify the staff as well as the admin of the TANDA account by email that would be great. Mainly because some of our staff don't have email address so when the notification is sent to our admin email address we can make sure that all expiring qualifications are taken care of within the timeframe.

To begin with we are just going to be focusing on notifying employees as this is a much more common request than manager / admin warnings. We do already have multiple warnings for managers in Tanda (dashboard tasklist, staff list and roster warnings) whereas there is nothing that notifies employees at the moment.

It would be great if you can set up automatic email alert to our admin email address when the qualification expiry is approaching. Also, currently the expiry is set up for 1 month prior to expiry, it would be great if we can have this as configurable item so that we can set it to 2 months expiry or any number of month as required
