Employees come and go, but often when they go, they want a "Separation Certificate" so they can go get some benefits from the government. AND this is a legal requirement for us to complete it for any employee that asks for it.

This is a HUGE and painful task for us to complete, especially when we cycle through staff so quickly.

What I would LOVE is if Tanda could take all the information it has about the employee and pre-fill the Centerlink Employment Separation Certificate for me, this way if somebody requests it, I can just download and sign it, and its done.

Most of the information required is held in Tanda, there are a few things that aren't, but thats easily filled out by us when we download the form.

No more tedious copy and paste a mountain of information from Tanda and Xero to keep the government happy.
