Automated Breaks - Able to Change and Paid breaks in Roster

Currently, if a break is automated it is unable to be changed in the roster. We have team members that have paid and unpaid breaks depending on the shift time and role.
Is is possible to be able to get the automated breaks able to be changed when rostering (ie toggle between paid and unpaid)? This is so that we can ensure the correct amount of hours are applied to an employee.

Yes agreed! Even if you could set an auto break to apply to certain teams, as we can allocate the specific shifts each day on the roster to those teams, which is then copied each week to the new roster (so once that shift is allocated to that team you don't have to adjust it).
Having to adjust the break to each shift every day manually is frustrating given the complexity of the system. I don't understand why the break rules only allow the choice of the staff member.

Would also like the ability to modify an auto break on the roster after the automation. The lack of this feature prevents us from using Automated Breaks.

Hi Tammie, we have added the ability to add a paid break on the roster. Would love your feedback on this. We are also considering automatically putting automatic paid break onto the roster, but would appreciate your feedback on the new workflow and how you think paid breaks should be shown.

Josh Cameron: Hi, sorry for the late response. I didn't realise that you had replied. Being able to add a paid break makes no difference to us at that point of rostering. We have too many staff in the property for managers to be manually adding breaks to all employees and paid breaks in the roster don't do anything as we don't schedule their times and the hours remain the same.
We really need to be able to override the automated breaks. So it goes in as per the automation and then you have the ability to edit should you require.
Our property has employees that get paid breaks if they work certain roles or shifts where over 50% of the shift is after midnight. So one day their break may be paid but not the next. If we cannot change the way that automated rule is, then managers need to manually add breaks for each employee everyday which is time consuming or if we use the automation, we have the potential to over and under roster staff which then costs the business money.
