We are happy for staff to see time sheets, we do not allow user editing. However, staff can from time to time forget to clock off. If we could auto send an automated push message to ask for them to add the missing clock out time, nothing else.
This will still need to be timesheet authorised. Currently we seek a painful signed authority from an employee to modify or add a missing clocking. Geo-fencing will not work as it encourages them to forget to clock out then return to punch out adding 10-15 minutes to the time sheet.
