Hi everyone!
Staff can now response to an announcement sent via 'Communications' on web app and mobile 💬
How does it work?
  • A sender can choose if an announcement requires a response by checking 'allow replies?'
  • If 'allow replies' is checked, employees in the team are able to respond to the announcement.
  • To reply to an announcement (where replies are enabled), staff clicks the 'replies' button. This will open a column to the right, where the user can input their reply into the field
  • Replies will display as a count on the announcement and can be read by selecting the 'replies' button
  • To avoid congestion, replies will not show in the feed (they will only display when 'Replies' is selected per announcement)
  • If 'allow replies' is unchecked, employees will not be able to respond to the announcement

This would be a great addition to the feature. Allowing two way communication with staff. We currently use social media platforms for this type of communication however not all staff have all platforms. Would be great to have it all in one
