Allow electronic signature to acknowledge documents during onboarding

Have staff electronically sign and date onboarding documents so that there is proof of acknowledgement. Rather than have tanda store the acknowledgement of documents.

Agreed. Meeting our auditing requirements has meant we still have to get employees to physically sign some documents at the moment.

All documents need the ability to require a signature. Also being able to export the document with the added signature and date.

Yes!!! I asked for this a few months ago! Makes it difficult if being audited when only having the simple acknowledgement available.

This feature should be available to all documents, similar to acknowledgement required but instead Signature required.
