Communcation announcements can now be edited via the 3 dot menu.
This is only available in the new version which will be live for all customers on OCT 9th. Account Admins can can opt in early.

Yes, this feature is very important and cannot be edited or changed or deleted. Can be frustrating and needs to be fixed.
