Will be live for all customers after OCT 9. Admins can also opt into the new versions sooner.

Agree, using the app has been unsuccessful, our staff are always losing/breaking their phones so email is the only way that works for us.

Most of our staff, like me, just get sick of being bombarded with notifications. We have a lot of school kids who turn them off during school hours then forget to turn them back on etc. Or the older ones who use their phones to make calls and that's it 🙃
Emails would ensure that everyone is being notified.

Some Staff members do not check it online, therefore it would be great to be able to send it to them directly via email.
