Add times to leave requests

If someone is working a half day, or had a 2 hr doctors appointment then you should be able to request the day and then select the time you leave and time you are back. at the moment you cannot do this and so makes it difficult to know if someone is off all day. Also because of this is shows as a clash on the rotas

Is there a way to change 'leave requests' to be in a similar format to 'unavailability'?
Staff may only be unavailable for a period during the day (ie. half day) and a 'leave request' doesn't allow staff to state a time period therefore only allowing to take the whole day off.
