Hi everyone!👋
We have released an improvement for 'Communications' to support read receipts. Our aim is to provide management teams with greater visibility over which employees have or have not read an announcement.
All announcements will now display an 'eye' icon next to the senders information. Admins and Managers* can hover over the icon (or click if on mobile) to view the employees who have read an announcement.
To simplify this visually/at a glance we have implemented:
- Grey eye = announcement has been read by some staff (read receipts available)
- Grey eye with strike through it = announcement has not been read by any staff (read receipts unavailable)
Up to 20 staff will display plus a count of the number of additional viewers.
(*Managers can view read receipts for groups that they manage)
