i came to the seminar about HR and it is advised to have a timesheet signed by the employees. I think tanda is lacking this feature and the employee cant sign/acknowledge their clocked hours

Saxon: Thank you Saxon, also where would the timesheet comment show up. I have a trial being conducted and one person entered a request but I am unable to see the comment on her timesheet

With recent changes to awards, employers are required to have their employees sign their time sheet. Once we have approved and exported the approved times for the week to payroll, can the staff receive a prompt on the app to electronically check and sign the hours recorded? (Currently I have to manually print each roster time sheet and have them sign it each week, to keep employee approved records)
If they have any issues, we can make adjustments the following week.
Manufacturing award MA000010 - 25.3(c) ................. This record must be signed by the employee,or acknowledged as correct in writing (including by electronic means) by the employee,each pay period or roster cycle.

Stuart Bramham: Hi Stuart, the award stipulates "including by electronic means", and the digital audit trail in Tanda meets this criteria.

Rod Schneider: I trust the digital audit trail as far as clock in/clock out goes. It's the employees "acknowledgement" of a correct timesheet from any manual adjustments that may be made by admin from the employee failing to clock in or the rare chance an allowance was not counted etc. Hence this particular request to have the employee digitally sign their timesheet instead of recording it in writing.

Yes agree. See my request 'Timesheet Approval by employees' 21/05/2019. Currently has 7 votes which is technically for the same thing. Thanks
