Accept / Decline shifts shown on roster

When staff have accepted / declined a shift it would be helpful if this was indicated on the roster. At the moment you have to review and match up email notifications with the roster in TANDA.
Automatic indicators (maybe a green tick / red cross) could be applied to the persons shift on the roster once they have accepted / declined.

I do not understand why it doesn't have this function. With not having this function will make the software redundant for us.

Yes!!!! Especially the decline. We only know if they decline a shift through email where as we look at the roster in tanda daily so would save time if it notified us in tanda not email or even better it was on the dashboard in things to do as a notification that someone declined their shift as that would need replacing from us. If we dont see the email it goes unseen and we are then short when they dont turn up.
