it is great to have an absence monitoring profile so basically it is good to click on the employee profile and be able to see their absence ie lateness or sickness it be so much easier if that could be put on their file

To add to this, the leave calendar could be so much better if it could display data for individual employees and show a full calendar year. The payroll software I use has a 12 month viewable calendar for employees and the organisation as a whole that puts working days in bold, then colour codes various leave types making it very easy to see patterns and overall absences. When you click on any absence it then displays the reason given for the absence. This feature would be a great addition to Tanda / WorkForce.
