We need to be enter RDO's into the roster and enter hours per day. For example I have staff that work a 4 days on 3 days off roster. We should be able to enter the 3 rostered days off and have 9.5 hours each day to get 38 hour week. In comparison to 2 days off where we can enter 7.6 hours per day.

Hi I also had a discussion on this same subject with Tanda as it does not calculate the hours correctly when its over more then 1 pay period. I would prefer the leave application to make provision for hours to be entered for the specific days in the application

Agreed Kaitlyn - I manage the payroll for a medical practice and they have a number of part time staff who work set hours on set days. I found the way Tanda averaged the leave was misleading.

Current total hours are equally split across days, but we have scenarios where certain days are worth more than others. When splitting equally this can cause incorrect hours, especially when the leave goes across pay periods. It would be good to have advanced option when you can specify hours per day/payperiod.
