When we first started using tanda we were told everything would sync with xero from employee onboarding and some features used to, the employee would onboard and sync with xero and we could pay them.

since tanda brought out there own payroll magically the xero open api integration has changed. alot of the syncing doesn't work now. when asked about this we have been told xero's fault and there is nothing that can be done.

now after onboarding we then need to log into xero and set weekly pay calender, location ect before we can pay staff.

further still tand used to sync terminated staff dates. automatically now it doesnt prompting a monthly manual check of HR and payroll to clear the straggling employees that in tanda have finished but in xero are still active.

we also cant sync emergency contact information.
