Why is a live chat our only option for support. With the fees this program costs and the importance that it holds (payroll, HR and even timeclocks for eg) why is it so hard to get support? It can take over 24 hours to receive a response on live chat. So is very stressful when something is going wrong. Can additional support flows please be reviewed

Regarding Phil's response - this will be taken into consideration as we are currently reviewing our payroll program.

Tanda has no active plans to introduce an inbound phone line, but does occasionally make contact with customers when the context requires a phone conversation.
