We currently can only select one location when posting a job advert, which creates clutter on our website when multiple centres are recruiting for the same role. For example, if an Admin position is available in three locations, we need to publish three separate adverts with identical descriptions. This not only looks repetitive but also makes it harder for candidates to navigate our job listings.
It would be beneficial to create a single job advert per position with the ability to select multiple locations. Candidates could then select their preferred location on the next page. This would keep our website cleaner, reduce duplication, and streamline the application process.
