We use Qualifications to manage visa conditions of employees.

During school holidays, visa restrictions change and we are required to currently remove the existing qualification to ensure the new one works without any blocks to roster publishing etc.

It would be great to have a "Qualification Inactive" category so the qualification can remain on file, but not cause any blocks or restrictions until it has effective dates again.
