I am bringing this back to the forefront as we have just started to use the performance review function but would like to be able to customise the review timing and reviewers to suit our operational needs. At the moment it feels like one size fits all.
Requested Changes:
Custom Reminders – Set our own reminder schedule with option for start and end dates for the review
Staged Deadlines – Separate due dates for employees and reviewers
Multiple Reviewers – Assign both a primary and secondary reviewer, we sometimes have more than one supervisor that needs to review the employee's performance
Better Filters – Filter reviews by store, team, and positions
This would reduce unnecessary reminders, support staged reviews, ensure coverage when managers are away, and make reviews easier to manage across multiple locations.
