Over Payment Tanda Payroll Functions

Employee over payments can only be managed by a next pay run or out of cycle reversal for the total amount with current Tanda Payroll functionality. There are times where an employee may agree to pay back funds in installments across pay periods or where over payments may need to be recorded for compliance however are written off. Would like to see development with back payment/over payment functions to support operational needs as these scenarios are likely experienced across business types.

We have had a scenario where an overpayment has been agreed over several pay periods then we have forgotten to apply it.
We have also had an instance where staff left before full overpayments were recovered. The option to collect full amount on last pay if employment ends prematurely.
It would be great to automate the process.
