We investigated this at the time - here's an update as we continue to monitor it.
Lightspeed have two products, the K Series and the L Series. As they have purchased a number of POS, they are gradually folding all integrations into the K Series (which is the one we integrate with) and they have ceased any new integrations to the L Series.
So, before long your product will be rolled into K Series.
In the interim, we can work around this using our integration with Tenzo. Tenzo have an integration with the L Series, and if you connect Workforce to Tenzo then the data will come through.

Yes please we would like to at least take a look at this option of Tenzo.
