The current Attendance Report looks worse compared to the old version. The percentage values are not accurate, which makes it unreliable for auditing and compliance purposes. Additionally, the ability to view individual attendance reports inside staff profiles is now gone, which managers and clients heavily relied on for tracking specific staff history.
Key Issues:
• Percentages do not reflect true attendance or punctuality.
• No visibility between Rostered vs. Actual clock-in/out times.
• No clear indicators when staff are late for clock-in or clock-out.
• No access to individual staff attendance reports in profiles, which removes a crucial auditing view.
Proposed Solution:
• Fix the calculation for percentages so they accurately reflect attendance (present, absent, late).
• Add columns showing Rostered Start/End alongside Actual Clock-in/Clock-out times.
• Highlight discrepancies (late arrivals, early departures, missed shifts) with clear indicators or color codes.
• Reinstate individual attendance reports in staff profiles so managers can quickly review a single staff member’s record.
• Ensure reports remain exportable in client-ready formats (Excel/CSV/PDF).
