Forms Outside of Onboarding

It would be good to be able to have staff agree to forms outside of the standard on boarding process.
As an example, I am currently in the process of assigning cafe keys to certain staff members. As part of the process I am asking them to sign a form to say they will only use the cafes during work hours, will advise if key is lost/stolen, etc.
Ideally I would have them agree to this digitally rather than having to resort to paper forms.

I would love to have editable forms, rather than just tick box for agree. For example the 48 hour opt out - needs to have the option to opt out OR in. We are also using Microsoft forms for the annual health questionnaire, would be great to have it within Tanda.

Hi All,
The new documents hub page allows you to send documents and document bundles to staff. They can access and agree to these via the app. I have a link here: https://help.tanda.co/en/articles/7154591-contracts-and-documents-hub#h_ad4c3b9426

This could also be used for updates such as Fair Work Australia Statements that are issued yearly
