it is rediculous that an admin can no longer enter a leave request with a fallback leave type for when the original leave type has insuffiicent balance. We now have to enter multiple leave requests. I was told employees are supposed to be able to enter a fallback leave but one just tried and could not even do a leave for multiple days let alone choose a fallback leave type
