Enhancements to Performance Review Functionality

Current Challenge
Our organisation runs Achievement Appraisals every 6 months, giving employees and managers 4 weeks to complete them. Currently, TANDA automatically sends overdue reminders 2 days after the review is set up, which does not suit our workflow. This causes unnecessary pressure and confusion, as our review process is staged and collaborative.
Requested Changes:
Custom Reminders – Set our own reminder schedule with option for start and end dates for the review
Staged Deadlines – Separate due dates for employees and reviewers
Multiple Reviewers – Assign both a primary and secondary reviewer
Better Filters – Filter reviews by store, team, and postions
This would reduce unnecessary reminders, support staged reviews, ensure coverage when managers are away, and make reviews easier to manage across multiple locations.

I’d also like to request the option to adjust the settings of the performance review. Currently, once the review is live, we’re unable to make any changes. Having this flexibility would be helpful in cases such as extending the due date or changing the reviewer.
