Employee PDF report look is confusing and doesn't read well

We have to send the new employee report to our accountant and the PDF Workforce creates with the information required is very poor and confusing. The bank details are all together almost overlapping and all the information in horizontal is very difficult to read.
Could you please re design the format for the PDF employee report? Maybe if each field shows vertically under each other we could read it better. I am concern the accountants can't read it properly and it very easy to do a mistake when they input information and bank details
