Under Incidents when adding in 'Notes & Files' allow a short 'comments' section to allow for additional contexting information to be applied to the viewing screen for Notes & files. For example, if applying Certificate of Capacity, allow for the Commenst section to be viewed which has the Certificate Dates. In addition add to the drop down if the certificate is a Certificate - Fully Fit, Certificate - Modified, Certificate - Unfit to allow further context
