Alan Hili: Hi Alan, I've read Alex's explanation, but it doesn't make clear if daily timesheets can be imported into C21. We are currently importing the DAT file which consolidates by PPE, but this doesn't satisfy our need to be able to drill costs down to a specific shift. Have you successfully been able to import unconsolidated data to C21?

Fiona Ottley: Hey Fiona, pick your poison. When setting up the integration you can chose how to consolidate shifts. We've had clients use both successfully. Check out the attached screenshot. I'll look into making this a little clearer in the help article.
