Bulk Upload of Qualifications for Use in Hire

The ability to bulk upload a list of qualifications rather than having to manually create 200+ in the system. Especially when TANDA is created things like Collect Candidate Qualifications in Hire but not the support in the background to set this up efficiently.

We also have some bulk qual needs.

If we add a new qual requirement across the business, we will upload for all staff a placeholder qual with a grace period, so we can implement the roster block. The staff have until the grace period to replace the qual. This would be all staff based on department, they all get the same qual, expiry, attachment (instructions on getting the quals) BUT if they already have the qual and its not expired then we don't overwrite.

I agree. Our staff are completing training and eLearning via other platforms with a provision to download a CSV file.
TANDA should have a provision to upload training.
When uploaded, the Training/modules should populate under Template name where user under settings can edit expiry, managers etc.
As trainings on our other platforms as added often, regular CSV uploads on TANDA makes it up-to-date for compliance purposes where everyone's records can be seen from one place.
