Details:

• Right now, managers can only assign Shift Details when using the desktop version. On mobile, when adding a rostered shift, there’s no option to apply these shift details.

Problem:

• Managers often create shifts while on the floor using the mobile app.

• Without the ability to add shift details, they either leave shifts incomplete or need to later edit them on desktop, which is inefficient.

Proposed Solution:

• Add a Shift Details field to the mobile “Add Rostered Shift” screen.

• The field should mirror the desktop dropdown, allowing managers to pick from existing shift details (with search/scroll).

• Ensure it supports all custom shift detail values set by the organization.

User Story:

• As a manager, I want to apply Shift Details while creating a shift in the mobile app so that the schedule is complete and accurate without needing to switch to desktop.

Benefit:

• Saves time during busy hours.

• Ensures shifts are published with correct details from the start.

• Reduces errors and double-handling.
