We have updated how Warnings work in Tanda to better align them with the rest of Tanda HR.
Specifically, we have introduced Warning Templates and Warning Letters.

Following these updates, the process to create and issue a Warning is as follows:
- Navigate to HR > Warnings.
- Select + Create Warning Template. You will be prompted to name your Warning Template and provide a reason. You can also select who will be notified when the warning is issued, who can issue the warning, and who the warning will be visible to once issued.
- Next, create a Warning Letter (optional). Attach this letter to your Warning Template to provide the employee with more specific, detailed information about the Warning.
- Once you have attached your Warning Letter to a Warning Template (optional), select ‘Issue.’ Then, you can choose which employee to issue the warning to and either save this as a Draft or Issue the Warning.

Once issued, the employee will receive an email and push notification prompting them to Acknowledge the Warning. Warnings now have three states: Draft, Issued, and Acknowledged.
